Once the project is initiated, I implement a three-phase approach that bridges technical industry standards with curated design:

PHASE 1: TECHNICAL DESIGN & CONCEPT

This phase is where vision meets precision. I develop the foundational creative direction for your space—utilizing AutoCAD for accurate layouts alongside curated mood boards, material palettes, and architectural finishes that align with your project’s unique requirements.

PHASE 2: SPECIFICATION & PROCUREMENT

I manage the sourcing and ordering process with the meticulous attention to detail that only an industry insider can provide. Finalizing furnishings, fixtures, and finishes, managing the ordering process from start to finish with care and precision.

PHASE 3: CURATION & FINAL STYLING

The final stage of the project—bringing the technical plans to life. I oversee the final styling and layering of your space, ensuring every element is perfectly positioned. Whether it's a commercial retail environment or a private residence, I ensure the finished result is seamless.

01//Project Discovery & Specification

Every successful project is built on a foundation of clear communication and technical alignment. After reviewing your inquiry, I will connect with you for a brief 15–20 minute discovery session. This is an opportunity for me to understand your specific project goals.

02//Strategy & Specification Session

Following our initial meeting, I will schedule a one-hour intensive working consultation. This immersive session allows me to thoroughly evaluate your project’s functional needs and aesthetic goals. I will assess the site—on-site for local projects or virtually—to understand the unique constraints and opportunities of your space. This is where we begin to translate your vision into a professional roadmap.

03//Project Proposal

Following our 1 hour meeting, I review your project requirements, including existing layouts, photos and details. I draft a customized design fee proposal that outlines a definitive scope of work.
